Domestic Worker & Restaurant Staff Course

This course was sponsored and coordinated by AVANZAR and instructed by the Gastronomy School of the University of Cuenca.

By attending this course, restaurant and domestic workers (both employed and unemployed) were able to professionalize their work knowledge and improve important aspects of their personal lives.

 The main objectives of this course were to strengthen the self-esteem of the participants, create an understanding of the importance of personal appearance and cleanliness, educate them about the rights and obligations of the domestic worker, reinforce knowledge regarding cooking, food management, creating menus, waiting service, etc
