Financial Education

For new entrepreneurs to be successful, it is important to have some basic knowledge in finance. Fundacion Avanzar makes it a requirement for the participants of some or our programs to complete our financial education program halfway through their respective training programs before continuing their respective courses. These training programs include Gastronomy, Carpentry, Nail Design, and Sewing/Pattern Making.

 The course is offered in cooperation with the Sparkasse, a German bank with branches in many Latin American countries. Their goal - like ours - is to improve financial literacy in these countries. The modules offered cover a wide variety of topics educating participants in all things finance.
